Presenting the work of Chinese artist Binsheng Wu

Binsheng Wu is a young master in the Chinese art technique of knife oil painting. He first showed his talent in painting when he was a child. He majored in traditional oil painting at Changchun University in China. Out of his great interest in both traditional oil painting and Chinese traditional painting, he became the protegé of Junjie Song, one of the knife painting masters in China who in turn is the son of Wangqing Song, the inventor/founder of the knife painting technique. Binsheng Wu then established his own studio in Qingdao, China, where he teaches the next generation of Chinese artists. Binsheng Wu’s paintings have been exhibited at Jilin University, Northern Eastern Normal University, Ocean University of China, and elsewhere.
